Dean Lynch is an international entrepreneur and business strategist with more than 25 years of experience in venture capital, investor relations, strategic marketing, and global business development. His work focuses on building and scaling innovative companies while connecting emerging technologies with global markets. In 2003, Dean founded Equity Alliance International, an investor relations and strategic advisory firm that has supported public companies across the United States and Europe, helping them raise capital, expand internationally, and develop long-term growth strategies. He later established EA Venture Capital, providing strategic guidance, funding support, and market development for emerging companies navigating global capital markets and international expansion. Today, Dean serves as President of BioFuture Additives, where he leads the global development of sustainable material solutions for the polymer industry. BioFuture works with manufacturers, brands, and industrial partners to integrate bioconversion technologies that enable conventional polymers to regenerate back into biomass under controlled conditions, supporting the transition toward more circular material systems. Dean is known for combining strategic vision with practical execution, building global teams and partnerships that transform innovative technologies into scalable commercial solutions. His work centers on bridging the gap between sustainability innovation and real-world industrial adoption, helping companies implement solutions that address environmental challenges while maintaining economic viability.
